SHIPPING

All Eaton Hemp products are shipped within 1-2 business days.  We carefully wrap the tinctures in bubble wrap and use discreet packaging with minimal branding due to the high value of CBD oil.  Orders are sent from upstate New York, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If we do not currently ship to your country of origin (the website will show an error message), please email us as we may be able to arrange a special shipment. Please note any special shipping dates that may be specified on a product's page, such as during the holidays.  

Once Eaton Hemp has delivered the merchandise to the local carrier, the purchaser assumes the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. 

Eaton Hemp will not refund shipping fees if the ship-to recipient declines to accept their order from the courier for any reason. 

Eaton Hemp will not be responsible for subsequent shipping costs for packages returned to sender.  

Eaton Hemp will not be responsible for the loss or damage of an item.

Note to International Customers: 

Please consult the applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding the legality of purchasing this product from a United States entity.  Eaton Hemp does not possess any licenses or permits to sell any products outside the United States.  Eaton Hemp makes no representation, warranties, claims or guarantees about the legality of your purchase if made outside the United States and will not be responsible should your package be confiscated or delayed due to potential restrictions or regulations related to this purchase if purchased or exported to anywhere outside of the United State of America.  

For all orders shipping outside of the U.S., the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes, customs duties or other import fee incurred.  Eaton Hemp is not responsible for any fees charged by customs.  Please note Eaton Hemp is unable to provide or predict the exact amount of taxes, duties or import fees that may be due upon delivery.  Eaton Hemp does not collect any taxes, duties or import fees on your behalf. 

International orders may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or "samples" or “no commercial value”.

We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee on a first-time purchase if you are not satisfied with the product and have used less and half of the tincture.  This guarantee only covers the value of one of each product per order.  Multiple units ordered of the same product do not qualify.  The cost of the product when purchased directly from our website will be covered, minus shipping costs. This offer is only valid on our CBD oils.  This offer does not qualify for pre-rolls, snack products or a customer’s subsequent orders of the same valid product.  

To initiate a 30-day money back guarantee refund, please email hello@eatonhemp.com and include your order number and the item you would like to return.  The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us.  A refund must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product. If your return is received after the 30-day window, or in violation of our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee processing requirements, you forfeit your item(s) and refund without notification.  If you anticipate an issue with your return, please contact hello@eatonhemp.com before sending your package back to Eaton Hemp.  Any items that violate our return policies cannot be sent back to a customer.  Please note that shipping costs on the original order are not eligible to be refunded.  After we receive your items, please allow 10-14 business days for inspection and processing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For U.S and Canadian Customers:

Returns are free for U.S. and Canadian customers. Please read our terms below carefully.

To get started with processing your return please email us at hello@eatonhemp.com with your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, the reason for your return and the address you will be returning the item(s) from.  Once we approve your request, you will receive your pre-paid shipping label via email and be able to print it at home. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  Our perishable goods, such as our Eaton Hemp Snack line, are NOT eligible for return.  ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED BY EATON HEMP WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER.  Violation of these terms may make your item non-refundable. If your return is received after the 30-day window, or in violation of our return processing requirements, you forfeit your item(s) and refund without notification.  If you anticipate an issue with your return, please contact hello@eatonhemp.com before sending your package back to Eaton Hemp.  Any items that violate our return policies cannot be sent back to a customer.  Please note that shipping costs on the original order are not eligible to be refunded.  After we receive your items, please allow 10-14 business days for inspection and processing.

Please place your return items into the original packaging material. If the original packaging material is not available or is damaged you will be expected to supply your own packaging materials. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility so please ensure the package is secure before shipping. Affix the shipping label to the package and drop it off at your local USPS location.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need to exchange an item, you must return your original item(s) and place a new order. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock and that you will be able to receive your replacement as fast as possible.  Please note: our promo codes are single use only and cannot be honored for subsequent purchases unless otherwise stated.  If you need to place a new order, a promo code used on the original order cannot be applied to your new order.   

Note: Your return request and any associated shipping labels that have been generated will be voided after the 30-day window has passed (i.e. 30 calendar days from receipt of your order). We will not be responsible for any items shipped back to us after the 30-day window, or for shipping labels that have expired past the 30-day window.

Refunds for returns will be made in the form of original payment. Allow up to 14 days for your refund or store credit to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We hold the right to deny refunds if the item(s) returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We cover shipping fees for one return request per order. If you desire more than one return request per order number (e.g. you want to initiate a new return after already having a previous return request approved for the same order number), then you will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your request. The 30-day calendar window still applies in these cases (i.e. we will not provide a refund if we receive the item outside of 30 calendar days from when you received your original order).

Our products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects and we will accept defective/broken items for refund or exchange.  Please note: items accepted under this guarantee must be in new, unused condition with packaging still intact, in the state you received them and made within 30 days from the date of delivery.  We reserve the right to refuse used merchandise.  

International (excluding Canadian) clients:
