Apple Walnut Cinnamon Baked Granola

 Yields: 4 servings

Prep time: 5 minutes

Bake time: 15 minutes

 Ingredients:

1 cup quick oats

1 package Eaton Hemp Walnut Apple Cinnamon Super Squares (4oz), chopped

½ cup mixed chopped nuts of choice (for instance: cashews, walnuts, pecans)

1 package Eaton Hemp Maple Cinnamon toasted hemp seeds

¼ cup maple syrup

1 tbsp refined coconut oil, melted

1 pinch of sea salt

 

To serve:

Plant-based milk of choice

Fresh berries

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until they’re well coated with the coconut oil and maple syrup.
  3. Line a deep baking tray with parchment paper and spread the granola out evenly.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately with plant-based milk and fresh berries.

 

Notes:

You can double the ingredients, let the granola cool and store it in an airtight container at room temperature to meal prep for up to a few weeks in advance.
